Flourless Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

Gluten-free, refined sugar-free, loaded with dark chocolate chunks and peanut butter. It's chewy, rich and melts in the mouth. I don't have the words to explain how they make you feel when you bite into them! I reached heaven! You have to make them to know what I'm talking about. They are super simple and quick! This recipe has just 5 ingredients. Put them all in one bowl and mix. How easy can that be?

The first time I made these was in my final year of High School.

What you'll need for these out of the world cups are-

Ingredients


1 Cup Peanut Butter

1/2 Cup Coconut Sugar

1 Egg

1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate Chunks

Dash of Vanilla


Directions

  1. Preheat the oven @180C

  2. Beat the PB, sugar, egg and vanilla. Fold the chocolate chunks.

  3. Scoop them in a greased cupcake tin and bake it for 12-15 minutes.

Let it cool completely for 10-15 minutes. They will be soft and tender so be extra careful while taking them out of the tin.


Serve these Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups with coffee.
