Not so basic Chocolate Fudge Brownie with a basic recipe!
Fun fact- it's not about the number of ingredients. It's all about the quality of chocolate and the baking time! Remember, it's not a cake you are baking. Bake it until the crust is formed and don't wait for the knife to come out clean. I baked this for 15 minutes at 175°C. Don't worry if it looks a bit raw. It's the fudgy texture. It'll keep cooking even after you take it out.
Note- Don't cut the brownie until it's COMPLETELY cooled down.

This is the texture we are looking for.
Ingredients-
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/2 cup Dark chocolate (I used 55% dark)
2 eggs
1/3 cup flour
1/2 TSP salt
1 cup sugar
1 TSP pure vanilla extract
Method
1. Heat up butter, chocolate and cocoa powder together in a saucepan. Mix until everything is combined. Let them cool for 4-5 minutes.
2. Add 2 eggs. Mix well.
3. Add sugar, vanilla and flour. Gently mix again. Don't whisk. We don't want to add air in the mixture.
4. Bake it for 15-18 minutes @175°C.
Let it cool. Cut into pieces or just eat it like that with ice cream and chocolate sauce. Maybe add flaky salt on top. It really tastes good with dark chocolate.
Enjoy!
